YES, you are more than welcomed to bring your own props! Confetti and glitter products are not allowed inside the studio!!!
1 extra guest allowed during your session. Parents are allowed inside studio for clients under the age of 18. Client who fail to abide by the rules will be requested to leave and their session may be canceled and will be non-refundable.
**$40 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/retainer to book your session. This payment will go towards your session fee. You may pay your session in full ahead of time at your own choice. If session is paid in full in advance , cancelations are not allowed. Refunds are not allowed(no exceptions). That appointment can only be rescheduled.
SAME DAY CANCELATIONS/ NO SHOW POLICY:
If a client request to cancel their session on the day of their shoot, the client will be charged a $100 cancelation fee (not including retainer). Same goes for a client who misses their appointment without rescheduling atleast 24 hrs prior.No shows will have cancelation fee & non-refundable deposit subtracted from paid in full appointments and remaining credit will apply to a future appointment. Credit good for 6 months. **Failure to respond to confirmation emails or text will result in cancelation!
EARLY CLIENTS: If client arrives early to their shoot, shoot time starts once you walk inside studio you do not get extra shooting time. If you arrive more than 15 mins early, please text photographer first before heading inside the studio.
IMAGE POLICY
Image proofs are returned to the client 48-72 hours (excluding weekends) from when they are taken. Image proofs are watermarked, while retouched images are not. Images take approximately 5 or 7 business days (based on the original included amount of photos for the package you select-see package details- if more images are selected, additional time would be required, please check invoice for delivery expectations) from when the client creates a selection of images via online gallery to be retouched. If a client would like the unedited full gallery (jpg file format) without a watermark a release fee of $50 is required. Screenshots of the watermarked online gallery is prohibited! If selection is submitted over the weekend, photographer will confirm receipt that following Monday, Selections sent after 5pm will be reviewed the following business day. Gallery is sold as is
Image delivery (via email) is based off BUSINESS days which is Monday-Friday. Weekends are not counted.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OF THE EDITED PHOTO TIMING SO YOU CAN BOOK ACCORDINGLY. PHOTOGRAPHER WILL NOT RUSH EDITS UNLESS THE RUSH FEE IS PAID. IF NOT, EDITS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 5 OR 7 BUSINESS DAYS (depending on package purchased) FROM THE DATE OF SELECTION IS CONFIRMED AND RECEIVED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER. SELECTION IS REQUIRED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, IF DELAYS OCCURS THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN EDITING TIME AS WELL. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Photographer recommends to book sessions at least 2.5 or more weeks ahead. Example: If your birthday is Jan. 1st, it is best to book your session for Dec. 19th the latest.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposits/Retainers are 100% non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment once. Deposits must be paid during your booking and will go towards session. Deposit will expire if cancelled appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation. Cancelation fee will also be charged to debit card on file used for deposit.
Session changes such as package change and/or last minute reschedule need to go thru the photographer directly. If you need to downgrade or upgrade your appointment, please contact photographer via email or text. DO NOT cancel and schedule a new appointment or else you will be forced to pay another deposit. Previous deposit will be forefeited in this case
RESCHEDULE POLICY
The client can reschedule via the confirmation booking email that was sent out when you originally booked the appointment if it is over 24 hrs before your booking. Under 24 hr notice, please check calendar for available dates & text 480-569-3130 or email appointments@perfectcapturephotos.com with your current appointment date/time along with how you’d like to submit your reschedule fee of $25 (payment options: online payment, cash app: $perfectcapture or zelle: info@perfectcapturephotos.com). Reschedules will not be made without fee payment. If payment is not receive, cancelation fee will apply.
LATE POLICY:
- SESSION 45mins or more:
Client is allowed a grace period of 15 minutes, if the client does not reach out to the photographer within the grace period or show up for their session, the photographer will cancel your appointment and the cancelation fee will apply. Subject to cancel if you’re more than 25 mins late
- SESSIONS 30 mins or less:
These sessions are short and only allow a 5 minute grace period. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Late fee: $25 - this is only valid if the photographer still has time for your session.
If client arrived late to their session, there will be less photos to choose from. Full session fee is still required.
CHILDREN:
It is the Client's responsibility that any children involved in the photography session arrive in the following condition:
- Healthy (free of illness)
- Full belly (Hunger = unhappy children)
- Well rested (Fatigue = unhappy children)
- Clean (Face, clothing, etc.).
